The burger is dry and tasteless. the decided to skimp on the condiment to save money, and the bacon was hard as rock. you can tell this has been sitting, never frozen, but always warming. the frys are stale, salty, and cold. This food is way overpriced to be this trashy. the lemonade is nice but a 6 dollars it better be. this experience makes me want to cook more and eat out less. I never want to be a position to eat this filth againBaconator® Combo

I ordered a big bacon classic combo meal with a 10 piece nugget. I was asked to pull up to the door and wait, doi did. I asked for honey mustard and sweet and sour sauce, but I only got one sauce and it was the sweet and sour. My burger should have more than 1.5 piece of bacon, plus the sandwich dont even look nothing like the picture at all

They were out of cookies but still had great customer service! The manager called to tell me himslf, and wrote a note for verification so there would be no discrepancies with my refund & food was decent

Was disappointed to see there were missing items on my order. I dont know if it was because it was late at night and they werent paying attention, or it was late at night and they were upset to do another order. Either way the Bacon Double Stack™ Biggie™ Bag burger was good along with the fries aswell as the extra 10 PC. Crispy Chicken Nuggets I ordered. Just would've loved to receive all of what I ordered.
