My order arrived fast and hot. I took 1 star off because my breakfast chicken and bacon sandwich was missing any sauce, but was otherwise tasty. French toast sticks were delicious. All in all, pretty good and we were satisfied with our order.

Sandwich was fine, fries were luke warm at best... seemed like they were sitting for a while and as usual... unsalted. I also ordered two different sandwiches (of the same kind: one Mushroom Bacon Cheeseburger - Single and one Mushroom Bacon Cheeseburger - Double Combo ) but they didn't bother to mark either as being different. We were able to tell from the size of the burgers, but still. I also ordered two beverages: a large Coca-Cola® Zero Sugar and a large Dr. Pepper, both no ice... and like the burgers... they didn't mark one as "coke", dr p, or even other so I knew which one was which. I can't drink zero sugar drinks or diet because the sweetener used gives me heart burn and my roommate, for whom the Coke Zero was for is a diabetic and shouldn't have the sugary drink. Thankfully, at random, he chose the correct soda intended for him. It would be really nice if things could at least have a marking on them to know what's what.

This is incredibly unacceptable! I am probably no longer going to order Wendy's from this location again, which is sad because they are right there. For starters, I typically receive my fries without salt, so I make sure to include instructions to have salt on the fries. Guess what? No surprise... my fries are not only unsalted, but they are so saturated with grease that they are quite soft AND the fry box is translucent in spots. On top of that, both the Son of Baconator and the Baconator barely has any bacon on it, there is a pittance of ketchup and mayo on both. I just don't understand why the food quality of this Wendy's is the way that is and while this is a very sub par experience this time, it is NOT something that has been a one-time mistake. This happens over and over and over again, which makes me ask myself: why do I order from here? The answer: "I won't be. They have lost a customer." I uploaded a picture earlier, forgot to write this, so here is my scathing review.

I love Wendy's because it's always quite tasty and hits the spot. The only negative aspect is this most recent time ordering... like a lot of times... my fries are not salted. Thankfully, I have sea salt at home, but I shouldn't have to salt them. I don't know if it's now a company policy to NOT salt them or if it's just people not doing it because they are busy... or what. Also, from time to time, my Baconator® Combo sandwich will be on the dry side because they didn't put on enough ketchup or mayo. It seems that it's either not enough or a bit too much... very seldom is it "just right". Still... it's good, but those are my reasons for the 4* review!

The food was okay but this store repeatedly forgets the extra sides and dipping sauces. This is the 4th time they've forgotten. Nothings worse than getting excited to have nuggets and then having nothing to dip them in. The wrap was good but for the price it's 100% not worth it.
