coffee tasted like warm mop water and the sandwich came in a bowl? I wanted a croissant instead of bun but there wasn't no bun no bread no biscuit nothin. just bacon cheese egg sausage and sauce

Y'all took everything off my sandwhich and just gave me a croissant bun and a cup of gravy, which is not what I wanted. and the coffee tasted way too strong and not sweet at all, which is weird because it's supposed to be frosty flavored??
