When customers order a beverage - combo meal selection or otherwise - they expect the actual BEVERAGE.... Not ice/water that's been flavored with their beverage!! That's the equivalent of ordering fries to get salt in the carton with pieces of fry in it, or a mile-high of lettuce in bread with a slice of meat as the burger. Give the customers what they PAID for.... I certainly didn't pay for ice/water, but for TEA!! See photo... Barely even enough to actually colorize the entire drink! And yes, you can imagine it was much lighter after it was mixed, too. Also, ordered chocolate frosty Chocolate Frosty® Cream Cold Brew. I've had it before... In retrospect (when rinsing out the cup of the remaining ice and thick chocolate syrup at bottom), it certainly wasn't made with a frosty. It essentially was like one of those Dunkins coffee with the flavored syrup at the bottom. The frosty cold brew is made with the frosty FROM THE FROSTY MACHINE... not by adding creamer with chocolate flavored syrup at the bottom!!! Also ordered the Apple Pecan Salad. Have not eaten it yet but really disappointed. A small bag of 10—15 (yes I counted) small pecan pieces and the amount together isn't even half the size of my palm is considered a main ingredient of this salad? 😂 Restaurants should be more honest in their descriptions, in general. If it's a SPRINKLE of, say so... Don't advertise it like it's one of the main ingredients in the salad. That little bag for the size of the salad is laughable. 😂 Had fork and spoon as needed for the salad/chili, but neither of the beverages had straws? C'mon now... Although maybe they didn't think it'd be needed with the amount of ICE that were in them, anyway. LOL Really wish more places would permit ice-free mods. I actually detest ice-cold beverages, but then that'd mean they'd have to actually provide the beverage instead of flavor the ice with it, haha!!! On an actual positive note - the crispy 10 PC. Crispy Chicken Nuggets nuggets were delish, as always. So was the Chili, though I found the shredded cheese addition i PAID for was also just a mere sprinkle - as usual. (Ironically, the chopped onion addition was heaped!) People really should be getting what they paid for, not for what descriptions claim. That's of ANY place serving customers! At least I can count on the yummy nuggets and tasty chili at Wendy's, if nothing else!
