I order the Southwest Avocado Salad and Chili and the salad was not delivered to me and I did not get a reason for it. I paid $11 for a small chili only. That is unacceptable.

Did not receive my Sour Cream and Chive Baked Potato. No forks for the 20PC. Saucy Nuggs. Drinks didn't taste great. Overall, I would not order from this Wendy's again.
