Strawberry Chocolate Frosty Swirl™ contained incorrect ingredients. Instead of strawberry, a chocolate brownie flavor was swirled into it. The ongoing problems that I experience with Wendy's reflect the caliber of the staff that they employ and a total lack of supervision.

Wendy's telephoned me to state that they were out of the Parmesan Caesar Salad. Thus, I agreed to substitute the Cobb Salad. However, they included the Caesar dressing instead of the Ranch dressing that is supposed to accompany the Cobb Salad. Typical Wendy's.

The caramel syrup was not mixed throughout the Caramel Chocolate Frosty Swirl™ as in the past but was all settled at the bottom of the cup. Thus, most of the Frosty lacked the caramel flavor. The cup was so grossly overfilled that it overflowed when opened, creating a horrendous mess. In fact, I am still in the process of trying to clean it up. Does the employee at Wendy's who fulfilled this order consider overfilling the cup to that extent their idea of funny?
