I love the Bourbon bacon Cheeseburger - the sauce is great, and it makes a nice meal with the backed potato. The meat is juicy, fresh, and well-prepared.

My food was gross nothing was hot. The Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger Biggie™ Bag cheese wasn't even melted on the burger. The fries and chicken nuggets wasn't fresh and tasted like it was reheated in old grease.

I was really craving a Wendy's hamburger, but unfortunately, I was given a cold, stale, tasteless chicken sandwich and cold, stale nuggets. I usually don't like to offer any complaints, but the quality of my order was truly bad. My cravings went out the window, having to eat a very sad meal. I probably won't want Wendy's for a long while because of this experience.

The bacon was soggy and undercooked. It is a common issue with this location. Ive never had this issue at the 31st St location or the former admiral location.

The food at this Wendy's is always delicious, but the food is always cold, even thought the driver delivers it quickly. This order I was charged for 2 Crispy Chicken BLTs, but only 1 was in the sealed bag. The delivery person got here quickly and was excellent.
