This store just doesn't care and can't get it right. They did not include the salad dressing for the salad and did not include sour cream for the potato, for which we were charged extra. The baked potato looked old,brown, and was smashed. It is dinner hour, and you would think it would be fresh.

idk if it was a rough night for Wendy's or if this store isnt great but everything from the burger to the cookie was solid as a rock and wildly disappointing.

One can tell the difference between food that got cold from it taking too long to arrive from the courier, to the food being cold because the restaurant never bothered to even think of cooking your food. In this case, it's the latter. The cheese wasn' t even melted on my burger. Fries were old, stale, and also cold. And the nuggets were the same.

Everything ordered was cold...like not "it took awhile to get here" cold, old cold. You'd think at this time of night, everything would be made to order or at least close to it...the bacon was so hard it was inedible so I pulled it off the burger. No straw or spoon for the frosty and they forgot the ranch for the nuggets. This Wendy's is usually delicious and on point, very disappointing.
