I ordered 4 oatmeal bars, they only had 2 so they substituted 2 choc chip cookies. They were all hard as hockey pucks. They weren't edible at all. This is not the 1st time this has occurred. Someone needs to make sure that orders are correct, checked for quality, and edible. Food that is beyond poor quality should NEVER go out to customers!

sorry, I know it's kind of late but regarding the Chicken Asiago ... the chicken is very rubbery.. like it's been sitting a while. everything else is good.
