the burger was amazing and so were the fries but I got a large fry and it wasn't even half full

Bourbon Bacon Cheese Burger was pretty much meat and cheese only with a very small piece of bacon on it. None of the onion!
Cheese fried had NO cheese!
No, utensils, napkins, or condiments in the bag.

The chili I ordered was so horrible I couldn't eat it. To be honest the chili is usually great but this time it was watered down, had giant pieces of hamburger meat and didn't come with cheese or chili sauce. I also ordered a Jr bacon cheeseburger which had a big hard stale spot on the bun which I would normally just eat but after that nasty chili I just couldn't. I didn't get and enjoy the Frosty's

All the fries we received were old fries hard dark brown cold, stale very stale, including the cheese fries we live farily close to receive such bad fries. The sandwich is called a Baconator so where is the bacon?
