Cinnabon® Pull-Apart was very hard and burnt. I could not even pull them apart! They were old and the staff jjst added warm cream cheese frosting on top of it. Highly upsetting

They never have specialty frosties, but instead of saying that, they take your money and send nothing. They've done this to me with strawberry frosties in the summer and now the Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty® . Make sure to get your money back if you order a limited time frosty.
