Ive ordered from this wendys plenty of times but for some reason they never out mustard on my burger and overload it with ketchup. Terrible Wendy's location

Terrible tonight and cold. But I don't believe it was Wendy's fault. It was in the car waiting to be delivered for over 30 minutes. Pomegranate lemonade didn't have mix so it was watery lemonade. Cheese fries were like a log and JBC top bun was smooshed. Everything was COLD.
