They were out of an item I ordered and the store called to let me know and offered me a substitution. I am used to either not getting the item at all, or getting something random when this happens so I appreciated that.

I ordered a baconator combo with large fries and there was hardly any fries in there about small if I'm paying for something I should get what I pay for just laziness probably in part of the staff

Food is absolutely amazing!!!
Everything was was correct minus the ranch for my salad. It should've been pomegranate vinaigrette but the ranch was good.
