I ordered the big bacon double classic Big Bacon Classic® Combo. My fries were cold and dry. I didn't have any napkins in my bag and my drink had no ice in it. The food was prepared very poorly. Will not order again.

no bacon on the burger, completely ignored notes for the order and gave it standard as it comes, my large fry was not even half full, and my doubles tack was a single patty. not thrilled.
