Wendy's failed to seal my order (bag and DRINK) and somehow managed to forget my ranch dipping sauce that I PAYED 10 extra cents for. Why promote yourself on DoorDash just to ignore the order?

Food was cold...fries seemed old...
frosty Vanilla Frosty® was all meleted..
I get it's 51 degrees out but they could have waited for the dasher to get there being the food was cold...it was all put out together and I get it..so nothing is left behind..but I don't have this issue with other stores...Double Stack™ Biggie™ Bag burger cold..fries cold ..Bacon Double Stack™ Biggie™ Bag ..it was okay...I appreciate them adding my mayo as requested

Both burgers were made with the incorrect condiments, both burgers, incorrectly made. Wasnt a super hard order either. Fries were definitely undercooked. Soda tasted fine.
