First time trying saucy nuggs. Had the spicy bbq and they were spot on for my taste - a solid medium heat level.

Food was disgusting. Fries were hard and tasted burnt like they sat in the fryer too long. Burger was dry and tasted like it had been sitting there all day since lunch. No napkins given with meal. So much for customer service nowadays.

I received a dry, cold chicken biscuit instead of the sausage croissant I ordered. I would like to see the cooks, cashiers and other team members take more time to ensure the quality and correctness of their customers orders.

The krabby The Krabby Patty Kollab Meal was not worthwhile at all. Mostly bun. Limited special sauce . Very small

I'm only giving 2 stars, the burger patties were TINY, the Classic Chocolate Frosty® exploded when it was opened, and the French Fries were only HALF full. Like seriously, I paid almost $4 per large fry and didn't even get two larges, I got two smalls! Ridiculous! Absolutely ridiculous!
