one of my meals only had the burger and drink, no fries. then I ordered the new brownie Brownie Batter Chocolate Frosty Swirl™ and didn't even receive it. yes, I was able to get a refund but now I have a kid with a dessert and one without and missing half a meal. This has happened several times with this same Wendy's missing food and drinks. They need better management and workers.

Cobb Salad tasted like the vegetables did not get washed, so like dirt. Tomatoes were mush. Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe was supposed to be lettuce instead of bun but there was no lettuce.

did not get half the items we ordered. this is the second time they gave my fiance regular nuggets instead of spicy. no ranch and no fries with his combo. out of blueberry lemonade. no apple slices I added as a side. disappointing for the price for sure.
