for the 1st time in 3 yrs the order was totally right. the food was hot and fresh. everything was in the bags

The new trainees have no idea how to make Hoosier Biscuit Bowls or coffee. No egg, not three biscuits, barely any gravy/cheese or seasoned potatoes. All out of order & thrown everywhere. The coffees seem like mostly water. They should have a hot pot made every morning. Instead of making you choose iced coffee or wait a while for hot water.

Baconator Fries Fries were cold, hardly any cheese on it, and isn't it supposed to have bacon pieces? not uncooked strips.

Order showed up much earlier than I wanted. I do NOT blame the driver. This is the first fast-food burger I've order through this app and I will never do it again. The burgers also had 4x as much mayo on them than if I ordered in person/at a different Wendy's.

Order wasnt packed correctly.
I ordered 2 meals, one with fries and one with a baked potato.... they forgot the fries and my cheese and bacon potato was just a potato with cheese and 1 slice of bacon on top.
