Missed an entire burger, somehow the ice was completely melted in the drinks, which also tasted... like peaches? We didn't order peach anything. The fries were ice cold and the entire bag was damp. It took 15 minutes to get our order... so I don't think this could've happened anywhere other than the store. The nuggets were OK, but they forgot the sauce too.
