Items were great no complaints, a frequent local customer, first time scheduling pick up,
App was showing "still preparing" around 12:15pm.
Didnt see name on the board, so asked employees and showed them details. Made sure to let them know it was for customer and Not a DoorDash driver (notice stores tend to assume all are driver pick ups)
Appreciate them trying to figure it out, had to look at the receipt on an order in the "cubby" system that was my order.
Employees did well and food was great. The app and cubby system may need some tinkering to help Customer pick ups guide and locate their orders more easily and efficiently 5 stars still for the attention given.

Salad was great but they didn't look at my requests for changes: ie. salad dressing and adding croutons.

Ordered a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger burger and there was no bacon or burger (meat patty). I thought it was comical but my son didnt. He was hungry.

One of the JBC's I ordered had no bacon. There was no ranch for my kids' nuggets, nor bbq sauce like I had requested. They gave honey mustard and sweet n sour. They gave me strawberry lemonade instead of pineapple mango. It's as if they don't give a care (since I can't swear on here). I'm sure they wouldn't like it if it was done to them. Some days, people need a little break. So they order out looking for a saving Grace. This is very disappointing.
