This review is specifically for the restaurant at 157 Mass Ave. in Boston. Their staff are outstanding at fulfilling my special orders without any errors.
The food is typical Wendys fare, though prepared perfectly. It's the people who work there who make this place shine!

I ordered a Crispy Chicke BLT Biggie™ Bag, but received a cheeseburger of some kind instead which I could not eat as I don't eat beef. I also ordered sweet and sour sauce for both my nuggets and fries along with ranch for my partner's nuggets and received no sauces at all. Additionally, my partner ordered a Bac Double Stack™ Biggie™ Bag, but the burger was just the regular double (it had no bacon). At least the nuggets I got tasted good, even without the sauce I was hoping to eat them with. Lastly, I ordered a Chocolate Chunk Cookie and simply didn't receive one. I'm not sure what happened, but very little in my order was correct.
