The baconator fries and Parmesan Caesar salad were delicious but the fries could've been a little warmer. I understand there's a cool down from the type of pick up till delivery. Knowing this, make the piping hot! Thanks!

I ordered a big Bacon Big Bacon Classic® Combo. What I received was a regular hamburger with ZERO bacon!
The fries were cold as ice and only half full.
At least my drink was correct, but that was the only thing they got right!

Chocolate Frosty® Cream Cold Brew kind of tasted like melted plastic, I had to dump it. the Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant was just okay, and missing the cheese.

The chicken nuggets were cold, old, dry, and flavorless, and they left out the sauce I ordered, so nothing to even mask the flavorlessness. For the burgers, the buns were stale, the bacon too old and dried out, mushy insides. The fries were not fresh, but not as old as the chicken nuggets, but they had zero salt or flavor. I give my meal a grade F for FAIL. I want my money back.
