quality of food is always good. we'd order from here much more frequently if they allowed us to substitute crispy chicken instead of grilled. the wraps and salads only have grilled chicken (no substitution options) which is why we rarely order from Wendys. i could make my own chicken cutlets but instead will order from a different fast food establishment.

$12 wrap had ABSOLUTELY NO CHEESE, barely any ranch and RUBBERY chicken. Totally inedible and complete waste of money, never been more disappointed in Wendys

I wish I could give this store zero stars. The fries as always were undercooked and cold. Almost as if theyre serving the ones from the morning at night. The nuggets were cold and many of them were uncooked. Wish u could get a refund since I had to throw it in the trash anway.

Everything was made nice and fresh and sure was delicious and thank you for making the order right as a food worker myself this is important. Also nice and hot and fresh great job!!
