Bacon Double Stack™ Biggie™ Bag was fresh and hot. the OREO® Brownie Twist Chocolate Frosty Fusion™ was amazing. the portions were good. I would definitely order this again.

I order a Baconator® Combo my burger had 2 slices of bacon and it was cold and dry I counldn't even eat my food. Very disapointed

my Crispy Chicken Sandwich was hard and the chilli cheese fries were extremely soggy (all liquid, no chilli)

The Classic Chocolate Frosty® 's that I bought tasted like they were mixed with the berry frosty. They do not clean the frosty machines well enough. Food was cold upon arrival around 1 mile away when order was assigned immediately. Luckily the ingredients in the berry frosty do not list cherry or I would have a life threatening allergic reaction right now. Very disappointed.

As much as I love wendys, I only order it as a treat for the family because it is so expensive. The last several times I have ordered it I have been missing something or things have been wrong. Door dash has taken care of reimbursing me, but it doesn't change the fact that things aren't there, and the ease of access of ordering from the app instead of going to the store when I have worked a long day is not appealing when the line at the wendys by us is always long.
