Crispy lettuce on my Chicken Sandwich Combo and a still frozen Classic Chocolate Frosty®

Messed up order completely and terrible flavor. Ordered Dave's Double, Spicy Chicken Sandwich, Crispy Panko Fish Sandwich, Chili & Cheese Baked Potato, Chocolate Frosty Milkshake. Used previous order link from 1 year ago to reorder. Received no chocolate milkshake but instead the chocolate frosty cold cream brew. I am allergic to coffee and caffeine, so I never would order it, plus since I used previous order link that was correct back then I know it's wrong. Received correct chicken & fish, but were bland and veggies were poor quality, desperately needing culling from early rot. Dave Double had no veggie toppings, don't know why. Don't know why coffee and chocolate shake are both called a Chocolate Frosty. Very confusing. Receipt shows that coffee was ordered when I know it wasn't. Possibly problem with app. Recently received another fully incorrect order from another restaurant earlier this month & same thing happened, as app messed it up. Check your orders carefully every time!

Very disappointed. we order 2 chili cheese baked potatoes quite often from you. These potatoes we just received, we're not completely cooked. They were too firm to even break or cut with my fork, which I usually do. Very very disappointed
