The nachos always arrive as a cold wet mess that has to be eaten with a spoon (I should have remembered this and ordered something else). Tastes okay, but the texture of wet chips is awful and this is not what nachos should be. Maybe consider offering the wet ingredients in a separate container?
Also, although I love Wendy's food, my order is usually wrong. This time, I ordered an asiago chicken club sandwich with no tomato or lettuce. What I got was a plain chicken sandwich with a little bit of ranch sauce on it, no cheese or bacon. The receipt actually says "Classic Asiago club only ranch sauce". Whuuuut?
On a positive note, the coke was fine, and I love the design of the cup.

Coke and Root Beer were both improperly mixed somehow. Super bland, but somehow has their distinctive taste? (maybe they need to replace the sugar or something) All three my family ordered were just kind of...off.
