Every time Ive ordered the Apple Pecan Chicken Salad (Cals: 490) or the Taco Salad theyre missing the ingredients.
The staff seem to just put the container of pre-packaged lettuce in the bag and call it a day.
Im missing every protein or condiment everytime I order salads here.

this is the second time it's happened where I've ordered a Bacon Cheddar Cheese Sauce Baked Potato (Cals: 420) and got poutine instead

Always love Wendy's artisan salads, chili, and baked potatoes. So different from the other fast food chains.
