why is it that I have once again received a Poutine (Cals: 330-640) without any gravy or cheese curds, that's the whole point of ordering Poutine (Cals: 330-640)

Ordered a double Grilled Cheese Cheeseburger, Double (Cals: 990). And I got a single. Order a Caesar Side Salad (Cals: 340) and I didn't even get the dressing for the salad. Terrible service.

Selected extra toppings and no extra toppings were added, great disappointment, burgers were still good but disappointed at lack of xtra toppings.
