This is my second time ordering Wendy's and both times my order is messed up. Last time, I got a straw but no drink. This time, I ordered the Classic Chicken Sandwich (Cals: 480) which was ok but a bit dry. I ordered a side of Bacon Poutine (Cals: 700) and got a poutine with no bacon. I clicked twice for napkins and it was on my receipt. I did not receive a single one. Employees need to learn to read orders better. I will be ordering elsewhere.

i was excited to try this as my friend gets it all the time. big disappointment! the bun was burnt ( black) and both patties were burnt. i don't get how someone would not clue in to not send a paid for food item like that.

the Cobb salad was thrown together, missing parts of it, I paid for Ceasar dressing and didn't get it, asked for croutons and also didnt get those. and the fries were half filled. good job guys
