I selected add mayo to my burger and they added it... but left off everything else that normally comes on it.

Everything was incorrect my Sausage, Egg & Cheese English Muffin Combo has egg on it when I asked for none, they put chicken and honey with my Honey Buddy when I only ordered the biscuit. My drink was open and they had no security on it.

Wendy's didn't honor the buy one get one deal offered on door dash and when I called they weren't interested in hearing about it. ended up ordering 2 more hamburgers that should have been free

This is the third time I have ordered a chili cheese potato and received a dried husk instead. This has finally convinced me to stop ordering from this store. There are more trustworthy options around.
