I just love how everytime I order my usual 10 combo here they always give me extra sauce whoever does this with the name of my order which goes under britster or (b.s) I will forever love you thankyou for putting extra care towards my order you are the best and I never have enough sauces for myself to cover for all my nuggets I love extra sauces forever thankful ❤

Sturbridge wendys has gone downhill. baconator fry cheese is barely melted, burger is a disaster and chicken nuggets are old. McDonald's and bk are always fresher. Have given wendys multiple tries. Staff puts zero effort into anything. Will be going somewhere else from now on.

Listen.. the food is good, I love getting wendys- I know I order late too because i work all day- but actually what the heck was this order I got. I got a large Baconator® Combo with 6 PC. Spicy Chicken Nuggets, and the ghost pepper ranch sauce and normal ranch sauce. First off, fries are only half filled, my drink is a medium not a large, no straw, and no sauce...
Who the heck actually put my order together because like...???? And there's no receipt on or in the bag so I can't even look.. actually really upset but whatever. Not Dashers fault at all, just the wendys employee who can't read or put an order together correctly I guess.
I'll still order in the future, but this is just absurd.

got Baconator Fries and it was old cold frys with a pinch of nonmelted shredded cheese and chopped bacon....noncheese sauce...ordered a Chocolate Chunk Cookie and received a sugar cookie...11pm the service should be good anytime and it's not.

they gave me diet Coca-Cola® instead of regular The bacon on the Baconator® Combo was hanging out the side by 2 inches instead of breaking it apart.
