Got the basic pretzel and also the pretzel dog bites. it was ok. a bit pricey for the result but maybe it's better in the place and not delivered. I'm a pretzel fan so I will probably waste money on this again.

The "team of customer service" are very unwilling to provide a pretzel with out butter. The whole world is not in love with butter, margarine or anything slathered on their pretzel. Two places that offer soft pretzels and only one willing to serve a pretzel without butter. (literally dripping from pretzel). Gross. If you cannot eat, do not want or dislike butter? This is not the place.
