My last three orders have been customized banh mi. None of the orders have been correct.
Understand that these are probably made in advance, so don't give the option to customize if it isn't going to be completed correctly. All you are doing is disappointing customers.

the Pho steak came with TWO TINY pieces of meat, brown rotting bean sprouts, and dried out noodles.if you're going to close your store soon and can't use fresh ingredients, cancel the god damned order. very unprofessional. I won't be eaten ng this and I will NEVER return.
