The food is good but the drinks are ALWAYS 80% ice. Charging 3 dollars almost for a cup of ice is criminal

Worst whataburger Ive ever gotten food from. Im in from out of town and ordered here bc in my mind whataburger is a fail proof. Wrong. My fries were cold and the color told me they were fried in old oil. My sausage biscuit was burnt and hard. Tasted old. My tea came with hardly any ice. Im at a hotel, what can I do with this meal? Chunked it.

After a very long wait period at #1 Whataburger® Whatameal® my meal was not hot. The fries are very cold and not very tasty. The burger was cold as well. After bit into my burger after a long wait. I was hungry and from pre orders I couldn't wait to eat. I was very dissatisfied when the burger had ketchup. I ordered the burger with Mayo & Mustard. One more thing that went wrong was the drink. I ordered a sweet tea & they gave me a cup of ice water. Not satisfied with this experience

My meal came with small fries but I had no idea I would only be getting 10 individual fries! My small bag of fries was not even half way full....😒
