They frgot part of my order and the meston my burger was as hard as a rock. Not to mention the poor packing to where the top bun was soggy. Which makes the fact the patties were so dried out quite puzzling.

could have put ice in my ice tea but everything was done right. lucky I have a refrigerator in my semi to get it cold
