The food was good, but this is the second time that ketchup and ranch were left out of the order. And the ranch was an upcharge.

The cheeseburger from our kids meal was mising and all of the drinks tasted like carbonated water. We had to pour them all out.

first order from Whataburger was wrong and that's upsetting, but new driver for 2nd order was very sweet and likeable. that is very refreshing to see thank you!!!
