Everything was squished and half of the practically almost $5.00 onion rings were GONE. There was a hole in the bag. Food was in a regular bag not thr typical plastic Whataburger bag.

Twice now I have ordered an extra large fry and twice now didn't receive. This not the dashers fault this is the store. It's $4 for the fries and I'm out $8. This store has really gone downhill.

The buns were very hard. I like to cut my burger into just about needed a hacksaw to do so. The fixing were just flung onto the bun. Very messy and not up to the us standards.
