Cindy was amazing!!! She helped me make sure my husband’s order was labeled and spoke with the receptionist to make sure he knew his order was there! It was a surprise for him and I appreciate her communicating with me the entire way! Thanks for your great service!

I like whataburger, their food is always hot and fresh. This time, I ordered two breakfast #20 Taquito with Cheese Whatameal® and neither of them had any cheese on there. They were still good though.

They didnt want to give my door dasher my order or even look for the ticket. They gave him a hard time while he waited over 10 minutes with no help. I had to call the store and they said they didnt have a ticket, they then looked for it and saw it and finally agreed to make my food. Last time I ordered here they forgot my fries and gave me a watered down soda, which clearly needed to be changed. It tasted like Coca Cola water. Bad experiences here. Wont be ordering from here ever again.

Food was way overcooked and dry. Hashbrowns were burnt and taste like old grease. Eggs in taquitos were so overcooked they were crumbly and just falling out.
