They take waaaay too long to get your order ready. The poor dasher was stuck there waiting for the order for about 20 mins even though the order was placed in advance.

No jalapeños on the #4 Jalapeño & Cheese Whataburger® Whatameal®, stale fries.... and I mean, they've been sitting for a while. The fries are hard and dry, like they sat out for hours. Only 3 small Onion rings with the Whataburger® Patty Melt Whatameal®, this inadequate for any level of standards.
