the sausage on both platters were overcooked. the pancakes were over cooked as well. the potato taco wasn't a potato taco, it had 2 pieces of hash browns with scrambled eggs. I threw it all away

They did not put my ketchup in the bag even though it was part of the order and on the receipt. They dont pay attention to the order and always forget the sauces.

I ordered 2 of the #12 Spicy Chicken Sandwich Whatameal® combos, with cheese. They came burnt & with no cheese, which yall charge for, and you can taste that the oil is old. Your Dr Pepper is also always flat. This whataburger is the worst location in Central Texas.
