Quality has really been slipping lately. I asked for Monterey jack cheese on my breakfast burger instead of american, and that was ignored. The burger was also put together very sloppily, and for some reason, they hardly ever safety seal the bag. That's gross. cmon whataburger what happened?

My order was wrong, unfortunately. My modifications were not followed, even after calling the restaurant to confirm. The kids' meal did not have the cookie I had to pay extra for. Being from TX, where the employees strive for perfection, this whataburger was disappointing.

EVERY single time I order from here something goes wrong. This time my burger consisted of NOTHING but ketchup and mayo when I asked for cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle. the only thing they got right was the bread😑
