The burger was good but they didn't put any grilled onions on my burger

The large sweet tea was unsweetened I had to add my own sugar it was a nice flavor just not sweet like ordered

I'm so disappointed, this is the first time I've received COLD food. The burger was cold had no warmth, the fries was stiff. Should have been jalapeno on both burgers 🍔 only one had peppers. The ice in the drinks had melted down. How far did my food go before delivered.
