We ordered two Medium Malts as a late night treat. Both of them tasted spoiled and nasty.There is no way either of them are safe to drink. Furthermore, we got two different flavored malts and they both tasted the exact same, nasty, sour and spoiled. Doordash isn't allowing for a refund and the store refuses to help. When asked if we could get new drinks the store said it probably would taste the same regardless because its the same shake mix and promised the machines are cleaned every night. We're both very angry and upset at the way this was handled and the lack of quality. We've eaten/gotten food and shakes here at this location and at many different locations, but this is far from the expirence we've come to enjoy.

So disappointing. I did not get my fries or my apple pies. Order took 1 hour 20 minutes from order to delivery. Will not order Whataburger again. My bacon cheese whataburger was delicious.
