is it gravy or water,an I order two cause last time my gravy only filled the bottom enough for just half of chicken strip,so at 1-2 idk who making the gravy but they need practice

the double #2 Double Meat Whataburger® Whatameal® didn't have cheese as it normally comes I order it quite often and it always comes with the cheese.
