Terrible, I ordered a number 2 and only received fries that were stale and hard. I tried to get my refund and they only gave me $4 back for the burger and drink that was missing.

The fries were so salty, I couldn't eat them... and I LOVE salt. They were so coated in salt, my fingers had so much salt on them from picking up just the few I tried to eat.
The onion rings were so soggy & drenched in frying oil.
The burger was the only thing I could eat. It was good besides the bottom bun being extremely soggy.

Since the family sold to an investment group, which is their right, the food quality has gone way downhill. Not even close to the same. They obviously could not profit so they gave up. Now costs have been cut on total labor, overhead, and materials. No way to flip it in two years. Don't eat there anymore. Sad, but that is business. The market decides.

For the second time, order was cold and 30 minutes late when it was delivered. The fries were particularly bad--cold, dry, stiff and stale--Way too much time sitting under a heat lamp??)

Food was great like always, however, the grilled jalapeños ordered for the burger was missing. The cost for the added side was the only issue.
