This location was so kind to me! The food was ready by the time I got there and it wasn't cold either, the food temperature and freshness was sooo good! I hardly get WS but when I do I'm glad that it's met with quality service

The food was not ready. It was 40 min late. That's fine, accept I paid $5 for Classic Chili Cheese Fries and I got such a small amount. I requested ketchup and mustard in the bag. It was not in the bag. Haven't had this place in years. I won't be back.

Frito pie should NOT be made with stale Fritos. Don't care how much chili you put on them they are still stale. Also temp was not even warm and cheese not melted.
Plus I ordered and paid for extra chili and cheese. No way that instruction was followed.

Anytime I order sides of chili or ranch you never send it. Ranch may se free but the chili is not. I think you owe me about $6 for every time this has happened. If it happens again your rating will be 1
