the Smoked Brisket Burger was great snd so was the fries. I did ask for no pickles yet somehow they magically appeared on my sandwich like some bubble bass nonsense.. I hate pickles yet the sandwich was so good I did not notice them until one fell out. So this sandwich was amazing

They didn’t listen to my customized toppings. So I got my burger with much more than I wanted. The black bean burger was cold and burnt at the same time.

This is BW3. Had I known this, I would've ordered anywhere else. Instead, I got a burger and fries of BW3 quality: stale fries, stale bread, and a luke warm burger. They mislead people with this name on purpose because they know their burgers suck.
