I ordered a Double Burger and it was burned and had very little mustard and no ketchup on it. the second burger I got was also a burned Double Burger and plain and not the Single Burger I ordered. I didn't even get the slice of chocolate Chocolate Fudge Cake that I really wanted and I got nothing

Ordered a Black Bean Burger and received a beef burger. Ordered Potato Wedges with lemon pepper dry seasoning and received wedges with wet meat crumbles. Ordered Fried Pickles with ranch and received no ranch. How is it possible to mess up literally everything I ordered?
