The food was great! They added ingredients we didn't ask for and didn't add certain ones we did... we both ordered different burgers w different toppings and ended up with 2 of the same burger, lol... but my husband and I both agreed that had they given us the right order, it would've been perfect! The ingredients were high quality. :)

Ordered two of the Bacon Smashed Hatch Chile Burger, both were missing bacon and were very burnt around the edges and had to be removed. The fries were good, an unfortunate extra charge (shame on you BWW).

Paying for bacon is not worth it anymore. It used to be 1 full piece of thick bacon.. cut in half. now its 1 piece that's so filled with fat that only half the piece is edible. Quality has seriously gone down in recent months.

Got 2 bacon All-American Cheeseburgers with only bacon. One was made correct n the other was soaked with condiments like mustard. Idk how plain stuff gets messed up by adding things that are not wanted. They create extra work for themselves The correct one was great. Gave away the other one. $15 down the drain. At least the dasher did great. They usually do very well but every few orders its a mind boggling mix up. Even when stickers are correct
