• DoorDash orderBraised Lamb Spine (Bone-In)(Mild Spicy) was delicious. Warm, rich broth with a Szechuan pepper tingle, filled with lamb vertebrae that have been cooked until the meat falls apart in your mouth. Be prepared to gnaw on the bones, and enjoy.
